Update on recent cIQc runs

RUN 11 - Breast Module

Run 11 is completed. All results including digital slides, garrattograms, calculations, and general and specific comments from the assessment team are now posted (see Assessments -- Run 11).

RUN 12 - Ki67 Cyclin D1

Results of Run 12 are now posted. Comments, garrattograms, and digital slides are available (See Assessments -- Run 12).

RUN 3 ISH

23 laboratories are participating in this run. Slides were sent to participants this week.

Run 3 for in-situ hybridization is intended to allow us to calibrate our scoring. cIQc is providing slides with a defined HER2 / CEP17 ratio. We can then use the data to establish an acceptable range variation for future runs.

cIQc General Information

We are currently developing the site and the organization. Assessments and results of the assessments can be viewed only by logging in. Please contact us if you wish to register for participation. The registration is free for Canadian clinical immunohistochemistry laboratories. Anyone interested in participating in future testing, please contact us (ciqc.request@usask.ca).

Viewing Results

Please use the "Getting Started" page for orientation on cIQc results reveiw. We are currently uploading the scanned images. Select to view either Protocols, Garrattograms (graphic summary that displays all results for quick review), or view stained slides by using MultiViewer option for RUN1-3* or ImageScope for RUN4 and any other upcoming run.

Results are linked to the protocols that produced the results by laboratory code. The participation is anonymous. Therefore, the participating laboratories' codes were used for both results and protocols instead of participants' names.
